I was a bit dissappointed yesterday morning when I woke up and wasn't in the least bit of pain from the intense first lifting day. As the day wore on though, my chest, back, and shoulders started to feel a bit more sore. I like to feel like I actually tore up my muscles so that they will grow stronger but that wasn't the case.
