Balancing school, teaching, and rehearsing keeps me very busy, so I have to maintain a very strict schedule to fit everything into my day. I follow a 3/1 day split, focusing on 2 body parts a day. I typically focus on doing 3-4 exercises, 4-5 sets each but it varies depending on my focus for the week. I train my abs hard 2-3 times a week, always to absolute absolute failure. Day 1 I have a pretty good feeling my pecs and triceps are going to be wasted. I feel pretty good now but tomorrow is going to be a different story. So far so good. I like the superset to failure at the end of each set. Jim really puts together a solid plan. I really looking forward to putting on some muscle mass with this program. Do or do not, there is no try.
