Ok all...this will be short and sweet as time is way limited these days.  I'm exhausted...I'm hungry...a wee bit crabby perhaps (I'm an adult, I can admit it)...and yes, I'm COUNTING the days until this program is done!  I've been following the macros and am DEFINITELY feeling the effects of the low carbs this week!  Wow!  This is definitely challenging! I am one workout ahead since I will be out of town this weekend so I have 2 more workouts and can call it a wrap for week... Go to BodyBlog
