I have never lived a day in my life where I counted my calories or knew what my intake should be, and now that I think about that, its like not knowing how much gas to put in ones car. so hears my number Total Calories Including Exercise Maintenance 2898CALORIES/DAY Fat Loss 2318CALORIES/DAY Extreme Fat Loss 1739CALORIES/DAY  with this info Im gonna start to shoot for 2400 cal a day, just a little above fat loss range and this is just to get a feel for my body as i start a strict calorie... jramaral If I didn't have a bad knee I would have crawled out of the gym... Leg day was a heavy day. Upped my press by 90# and my squats by 30#.
