Flames2015 created a new BodyBlog entry "Disappointed".

Today's workout was HORRIBLE.  I am so disappointed.  I could not get the momentum built up enough. I did however start to drink chocolate milk after my workouts to increase the protein.  Which I learned from one of the reps here that I should be increasing my protein intake upto about 100 a day.  I am lucky if I get 20 a day, so I am researching protein drinks, meals etc. to bump it up.  But as I type this I look out the door and the UPS guy is here w/my order. ...
