Hello everybody and good luck on the challenge. We can all do this (it is 6 short weeks!!!) hello to my old friends. I am 43 year old male and trying to get back in to shape. I just finished the BSN challenge and had a great time and met some motivated people in that challenge. My diet is in place now. My fats will be only fats naturally and not added (I will not have dairy or bread during these 6 weeks) I had upped my carbs for 1 week to reset my metabolism (my weight was 164 lbs. 2 weeks ago)... Since my workday wasn't as arduous I was feeling really good about getting my afternoon workout in. Some days the physical labor ad warm weather would really beat me down making me feel fatigue resulting in me having to take a 2 hour nap prior to an evening weight lifting session. A meal and a nap helps me recuperate for that evening gym session . Otherwise, the quality of the workout is not there.
