Im not much of a writer or talker but here goes. For the past 2 weeks ive notice that my energy level is not where it was lets say about a month ago, I used to go to the gym and tear it a new one, don't get me wrong im still going there and doing my workouts with as much intensity as before but its like my enthusiasm isn't there as much... I go to planet fitness and have been there for over a year now and I do enjoy the place, see the same faces day in and day out, even thought they don't have... Go to BodyBlog
