Today I trained shoulders and traps, did 16 bi-sets, for sure INTENSE!! Cardio was on track, did 35 min with mod-to high intensity. I guess Ill continue training fasted, seems like bcaa's are the only thing you need first time in the morning to kill it at the gym. Cheers from Mexico!
