Hey guys.. So one of my favorite breakfasts is the all mighty FRENCH TOAST. I am actually eating these while typing this up :) see, I thought to myself there has got to be a way of creating a healthier version and still enjoy it while attaining your goals. I tried these a couple of times and they are DIVINE. Can be eaten for breakfast or as a postworkout meal. Definitely taste like the real thing if not better..if I may say so myself..best part is they are so easy to make..... Go to BodyBlog
