There is no such thing as a meal plan, just nourish your body with what it needs when it needs it: When I'm working out, I do the following: Whey Protein before and after workouts. Drink close to a gallon of water every day. Casein before bed. 5-8 (somewhat balanced) meals a day with lots of veggies, meat, and milk.
