Man I feel weird for not posting yesterday but here's the scoop of what I did yesterday and today.  Yesterday was leg day, so I ate like a freaking pig! I ate a bucket or steak and chicken, and a barrel of broccoli. That was basically it! I did walking lunges around my gym (3 laps don't know the distance sorry!) 4 sets of squats till failure, 4 sets of calf raises till failure, 4 sets of hamstring curls till failure, and 4 sets of leg extensions till failure. So my legs are sore today and... Go to BodyBlog

LeanneMaxine23 Shoulders and Arms today. Managed to attain the weight from last week. Followed by Cardio and Resistance. Sweat out all the water I had :O
