Eating six meals a day and preparing and eating 3 meals a day of either tilapia or chicken. Only water, gotta eat lean and clean, trying to gain lean muscle mass. While eating lean and cutting out soda I have seen much more rapid gains and looking more lean than ever. EATING CLEAN IS THE WAY TO GO!
This week has been interesting for me. I have not done my workouts...it's turned into sort of a rest week. The reason I say sort of, is because I still have kickboxing two times this week (which is definitely going to be done), and I have two workouts planned. Overall, It'll be a 4-day workout week rather than my usual 6-7. However, this is the first week where real results are becoming apparent.
