Following this program at the moment: Monday, Wednesday, Friday: Barbell Full Squat - 4 sets Barbell Bench Press - 4 sets Bent Over Barbell Row - 4 sets Standing Military Press - 2 sets Stiff-Legged Barbell Deadlift - 2 sets Barbell Curl - 2 sets Seated Calf Raise - 2 sets The rest of the days are for cardio and abs ( exept Sunday ).
