First and probably shortest blog entry ever. I recently tried two exercises I found on in various articles on bb.com with titles like exercises you have never heard of but should be doing. 1. Reverse-grip flat barbell press I enjoyed doing this exercise after normal flat bench pressing. It was much easier on my shoulders to perform this than the standard incline press.
