I'm STUCK! I've been on point with my diet and added cardio and haven't lost any weight in two weeks. Tracking my macros and cardio, I'm netting 1100 -900 calories a day, not including my weight training. I'm tempted to increase calories or reduce cardio, but I don't know what the hell I'm talking about. I have lost 2mm off my tummy and thigh pinch, but then I second guess if I'm doing that shit right! I need some guidance!!! or a good swift kick in the butt or something!
