Hello everyone!  I just woke up to the best thing in the world today...the next set of abs are becoming more defined. My strict diet plus exercising has really helped to bring definition to my abs! This challenge will totally help in making me ripped! The only thing with the diet is that I most likely will not add a lot of mass or size off of it. I guess in a few months I may turn to bulking to do that then cut slowly in February to get ready for summer. I may need help with bulking and... Go to BodyBlog
