So I had a huge eye opener last weekend. Something so basic, so automatic yet something I forgot to do; was to breathe! I started my quad day with a lot of energy; as I had an awesome week behind me with tons of PRs and feeling stronger than ever. I knew I was ready to take on that squat rack 110%!
