Day 1 and 2 workouts of the challenge went great, I'm actually suprised that I like the workouts! They do take while to do, wish I had time to do a bit of cardio at the end of the workout! My diet has been bad though! I now live alone and it is so hard to want to make food just for me. Most of the time I eat out and get a healthy option or just eat fruit and veggies all day.
