Crazy how time is just flying! this my new update on my progress during the BSN Summer Shred challege 2013. So for the last few weeks i have maintained a lean bulk phase to put on some muscle before i shred, during this time i have been going to the gym at my school for two days a week. Through all my repeated calculations i feel that i have achieved a persoanl best in the muscle gain catergory.
