A classic Ronnie Coleman inspired dish. Ingredients: 1/2 cup of grits 2 slices fat free cheese 8oz of chicken Directions: Boil 2 cups of water and then add Grits. Stir occasionally and cook for about 5-6 minutes. Place chicken in the bowl and dump the grits on top (You don't need to even heat up the chicken if you let the dish sit the grits will warm the chicken right up) Add cheese and stir.
