This is my new best friend. Just tried out a Precor ATM machine tonight at Chuze Fitness. I expect to be using that one a lot.  Been back on the bike lately and feeling better already for it. Determined to get lean and fit over the rest of the year. Will try to be patient; it won't be easy. but any progress is good. Looking into lots of nutritional options, too, but I think keeping it basic is the best overall strategy. Focusing on burning off bodyfat. I will decide if I want to try to... Go to BodyBlog
