So, this is it. It is officially not about the weight loss anymore (fat loss is still on the list though:-). My journey had been so far a very long distance - yep, I'm not the one of that amazing inspirational people who change their bodies overnight (ok, maybe not overnight but in 6-12 weeks time); it was a very slow paced, full of mistakes and falling of the track marathon. And yesterday was the day I saw my abs! After the workout, tensed, but it still counts, no? I have never been a sporty... Go to BodyBlog
