I'm a 110% heterosexual, over 40 man that wishes he knew at 25 what he knows now.  I would appreciate it if men who were NOT heterosexual would please refrain from showing any interest (other than in weight lifting) on my BodySpace. To be steadily and relentlessly working out, giving it all I've got, for longer and longer periods of time...months...years. I'd like to look back and not see more than a week of unplanned, non-work over five years...then 10 years....then...well, I don't know...
