Got to the gym a little earlier this morning and somehow still managed to run over time. It was chest day today which always makes me a little nostalgic. In high school I LIVED for bench press. It was my absolute favorite. In weight training class I was benching waaaaaay more than all the other girls, even ones with 30-40lbs on me, because bench, bicep curls, and dips were the only exercises I ever really did religiously in the weight room.
