12 Week Transformation Observations 1. Personalization. Kris tells everyone to do exactly as he does and not change a single thing. This is exactly what he should do. If he tells people they can change things up they're going to do all kinds of strange things, not get the results, and blame Kris. So good on him. He's nothing if not strict. Having said that, there have been times where I thought, "Really?" Why would I do that exercise before this one? Isn't an isolation exercise better... Go to BodyBlog
