Day #2  Weight: 174.0 Calories: 1310 Protein: 170g Carbs: 75g Fats: 35g I was a lot quicker in the gym this morning since I knew the workout. I was able to superset better so I could get it all done. Next week I need to focus more on 45-60 second sets to really feel the burn. This afternoon the weather wasn't great so I just went to Starbucks and studied for my CPT.
