I was always that skinny tall kid (6''5 now). And as you would assume people of course called me names but I played basketball also so i didnt take anything from it really. But one name that stuck with my was "Lanky". I HATE that word. and from then 1 year ago i started training to be the best all around athlete i could be.

Im looking to add around 14 pounds of lean muscle but not in a rush as i wish to keep my body fat down so slowly but consistently add muscle and seem to be on right road so onwards and upwards. Maintaining healthy eating and using only creatine and a good whey protein.
