Chest!! 7 sets of Flat Bench..135lbs x 4 reps 4 sets Incline Bench..110lbs x 10 reps 4 sets Incline Flys..25 lbs x 12 reps abs.. 5 sets crunch mackine x 20 reps I have very bad tendonitis in my left elbow, making it very difficult to do any kind of db excersises..very painful lifting the weight from my knee, or the floor to the start position, once I am in the start position I am fine.
