The taste is plesant and it isn't too sweet. Consistency of bar can be best descibed as soft yet chewy. The 20g of fiber give me a sensation of a satisfied appetite. I highly recomend to follow instructions and drink water with each Life Lift bar consumed. Overall, clean protein bar that can be enjoyed by anyone.
