Once around the Res. (1-1/4 Miles)-Medium Pace Proceed (fast paced) down the grassy side of the Res. then 10 paces @walk Turn around, run up the grassy hill (all out effort) then 3 paces @ top Turn around-repeat 10 repeats - work up to 10 minutes total time for repeats. Cool Down- (2 miles) easy jog. When 10 minutes achieved add more repeats- Do twice a month.
