Hi to all readers ^^It's been a while...I know I know, in my last blog I did wrote that I am going to write each week about my workouts and possible results...Something incredible happened!!!!! I did found something that I hate much much more then the Insanity workout, or jogging or some other sport -> and the thing is writing a blog....
