OUCH!! Feel the burn. Today was a crazy awesome leg work out that definitely had me leaving the gym feeling like a worked something! I also ran my cardio yesterday :) YAY. My puppy and I ran a mile in just over 9.5. still working to get to that 7! I Will log my workout from today probably tomorrow morning! I had a delicious avocado and tuna sandwich for lunch with a side of cottage cheese. YUM! I hope you all had a fabulous day! keep on keepin on!Â
