Day Two has been good so far. Went really well with my eating and tracking my calories, so I know what foods I can and can't eat. At times when I got hungry I had a Green Tea, helps with my metabolism and drinking gives the feeling of being full. My workout went great!! After not hitting the gym for a wee while and to get back into with LEGS was amazing!! I pushed myself, but not too hard...
