Day 2 has come and gone challengers and its just the beginning! Today was Dorian Yates Back Trainer and i have to say it kicked my butt!!!! The classic moves cover the intire back really targeting the lats. Todays back trainer plus chest and biceps yesterday really left me drained and longing for tomorrows rest day. Remember challengers rest equals growth, dont over do it. Train hard but safe, good luck.

Had 2 good work outs with 2 different pt's today. One at park and we did cardio and good old legs. The other was an hr arms back and chest session with abs chucked in at the end. Am going to be very sore tomorrow. Which I have a 6am to 4pm shift then another pt session at 4:15pm. Bring on the week end though. I have the Spartan race and will be camping there fri and sat. Helping set up work it then pull down. Busy little beaver :) I hope all are reaching thier goals one rep at a time. :) talk... Go to BodyBlog
