I divide my two programs into two different categories. Both achieve two different things; bulking (gaining muscle and a small amount of fat) or cutting (loosing the fat). For each I run three different repition cycles. Week 1-3 I go for 8-12 Reps. Week 4-6 I go for 6-8 Reps. Week 7 I go for 4-6 reps.
