Hey everyone. I need some help on reconditioning my body. I recently had a wreck in February and all my progress has been some what lost. I need some help with upper body and core workouts. Also, supplements such as nitric oxides and bcaas. If you can comment on advice, please do. I am currently doing cardio and drinking almost a gallon of water daily. I appreciate your feedback.
