I just finished the Shortcut to Shred program and I gotta say, it's a pretty darn good program! I had trouble with the 3rd phase of the diet but despite the fact I didn't follow the diet exactly, I lost 13lbs and dropped 6.7% body fat in just 6 weeks! The cardio acceleration was a little different to get used to and difficult on crowded gym days, but with a little modification, you get used to it.
