This past Saturday I went to a school auction. I told myself that if I go I'd get up and go to 9am mass then workout. I did that. Kind of like a last hurrah before I buckle down. Then I did something else the following day. I went to Greenlake. I kept talking about it and decided to actually do it. I walked and ran. I hadn't gone running for YEARS.
