Right now I've changed my workout style dramatically to doing Crossfit after years of strict weightlifting for muscle gain. It's a good way to lose bodyfat, really develops the core and improves power. It is a good fit for the COR 6 week challenge! On "off" days I'm doing short weightlifting sessions for small muscle groups like biceps and calves along with alot of abs exercises.
