Today after vomiting a the gym from this intense workout. I weighted myself and I felt good the plateau is over I'm at 228.6 lbs. with water weight. I follow the 40:30:30 plan 40% carbs, 30% fat 30% protein (by calories)  I like to use as much fresh ingredients and little salt.  I alternate one day a week as low fat a vegan diet to help keep the blood healthy.
