Today after vomiting a the gym from this intense workout. I weighted myself and I felt good the plateau is over I'm at 228.6 lbs. with water weight. YES SIR...Not giving up, staying focus, and being hard in the paint with these workout are paying off. This was my regiment for the day..... Wasn't able to do all accelerated cardio. I follow the 40:30:30 plan 40% carbs, 30% fat 30% protein (by calories) I like to use as much fresh ingredients and little salt. I alternate one day a week as low fat a vegan diet to help keep the blood healthy.
