I feel crap..already got back home from the gym and just don´t feel very feel. I don´t know why but I just feel that I don´t do enough what I could. I set myself to finish 1 hour endless hour in the gym and luckily I´ve done it but I cannot even say how much concentration it took me. I just wanted to leave...I didn´t have any energy, it was soo booring ... bad day. I didn´t even do any weights because I was so weak..and I think more mentally weak than... Go to BodyBlog

 have some very strict goals... i wana add one more cm to my arms before i cut cuz i know ll lose a cm or 2 wen i cut up. so 36cm arms. i wanna get 58cm legs currently 56cm i wanna get ideally 35cm calves... they are 33.5cm now. i want to bench 80kgs x 10 reps squat 100 x 10. dead 90 x 10. db shoulder press 25kgs x 10 or kneeling smith press 40kgs plus bar x 10 reps. im not cutting im not doing anything but continue to build on these till i reach them and one i can do them i will continue...
