Doing really well with the workouts and pretty good with the diet. The prep work has been the hardest part. This Sunday I am going to prep all my meals for the week so I don't have to prep everyday of the week. Guess I'm going to take that as a lesson learned. Other than that, I'm feeling great. My anxiety has been low and I've had a ton of energy. I've been visualizing my new frame in the mirror. It may sound odd but I'm already seeing a difference.... Go to BodyBlog
