commitments. everyone makes them, few follow through. Someone came up to me at the gym today and asked, "What can I take (supplement) that will give me energy and make me want to work out?" If only there were such a supplement. There's a lot of things you can put in your body. Protein, creatine, preworkout, postworkout, etc. But there's nothing you can that can make you commit to working out. That comes from inside.
