So today i did my first Bizzy diet training session. Started with a jog outside, just two miles than 20 mins of interval training on the treadmill then into 4 sets of 5 upper body exercises in a circuit with 10 mins on the treadmill in between set 2 and 3....5 mins low intensity jog, 5 mins high intensity run and back into the circuit for sets 3 and 4. Feel good :) off to do my food shopping for the week.....happy training everone
