TOOK ME A LONG TIME TO REALIZE I CANT JUST WRITE DOWN SOMETHING, GO TO THE GYM AND DO IT NO MATTER WHAT. I MISSED A LOT OF SIGNS MY BODY WAS SENDING AND I THINK I FINALLY UNDERSTAND NOW.
