Well, it's now the end of day 2. I think the past two days have been very productive. Alot of cardio and going hard at the weights. Today could of been better but it is what it is. I am still satisfied with the pump and cardio I got today. I'm hoping to expand on my fitness knowledge and develop into a better fit person mentally and physically.
