I believe making small adjustmeets to your diet make a lifestyle change easy. Switch sweets to fruit and white flour to whole grain foods makes a big difference. The least amount of ingredients the better. Like natural peanut butter compared to conventional peanut butter or deli chicken beast compared to frozen bags of chicken breast. just use you brain to feed your body and exercise or not the positive changes will come naturally.
Update on my competition: After an awful, depressed day yesterday I am feeling great today!!! My lifts are on point, Cardio every night, 6 meals a day, 2300 calories and following my macronutrient plan to the T! I am on day 3 of the Cellucor 6 week challenge and I have already learned so much, primarily that I still have a lot to learn!
