Breaking the trend of 6-8 meals as an alternative approach for a fresh look on metabolic stimulation. Doing it for mass gain as well as cutting, but will be keeping a close eye on calories, macro and micro nutreants to ensure I'm getting what I need. Current protocol is 24 hour fasting on my 1 rest day, average out weekly calories over the remaining 6 days. Will see how it goes!
I don't know why my abs aren't pooping off even though I eat right, focusing on mainly leant meat and veggies. Haven'T had a cheat in 2 months and I'm doing weights and cardio in one day. Ok sure I fit in my clothes when I was 19... its progress I know... but I still have a huge tummy :( Its just a bit frustrating sometimes. I got lean everywhere except where I want it to happen *sigh...*
