It is always great to have something to work toward, so that you can put a line in the sand and make sure you have a goal in mind. For me, the next line in the sand is the calendar launch in November - now given that it is currently still June it seems quite a while a way BUT I know the time will absolutely fly and now that it is winter, it is definitely easy to get a little lax on the diet and have the weight blow out.
