As I posted in my fit status earlier today, I got off to a VERY LATE start! For once, however, it was in an very strange way, due to a GOOD reason! Starting last week and continuing on into this week, I have modified my diet from its approximately 95% clean state to approximately 98-99% clean. I added a LOT of salads, raw veggies, and a little (very little) fruit. I have also been sticking with a lot of lean chicken and beef. I have been using rice, most of all, for my carbs. LOL!
